HD 7850

Pretty good framerate with bump-mapping, around 20-30 FPS with SEUS. and 256x Texture Pack. Resolution:1080p.

Items and blocks which the background should be transparent seems not works as it should. (Background is not transparent)

UPD: 12.6 beta drivers fix the transparencies.

HD 7770

Very good performance, but FPS does drop to around 45FPS if you add the Sonic Ether's Unbelievable Shaders. GPU utilization does not go above 75% and it is not taking the card's full potential, however it has the same issue as HD 7950 and 7970.

HD 7570 Good. Runs 40+ FPS with any shader with the exception of SEUS RC10 which runs at about 20-30 FPS. All of this was tested with maxed out graphics but changing them around did not change the performance more than a few FPS.
HD 6990 Unbelievable performance, if you have this card, you have nothing to worry about. That means that I am too selfish to explain how the card runs, I only tell you it works well.
HD 6970 Excellent performance, even with 512x Texture Packs.
HD 6950 Performs well, over 50 FPS with 256x Texture Packs.
HD 6870

Works great, no problems so far. Over 75 FPS with default texture pack.

Over 60 with Fancy and 64x Texture, 40 with 256x.

Phenom 960t stock, 1 GB to MC.

I get 15-20 FPS with a FX-6100 with the default Texture Pack. I'm using v10 of shaders, though, so that may be something... Dun, dun, duuuunnnn.

v10 RC5: about 30 FPS, 4GB to MC, Intel Core i5 2500.

I'm getting 60-90 FPS while using LB Photo Realism 256x with Bump-map with all settings on Fancy.

Specs: AMD Phenom 955 BE @ 3,2 ghz, Sapphire Hd 6870 1GB, 8GB RAM

HD 6850

With 64 bit OS and 4Gb RAM set for Java AVG around 70FPS only hit 35FPS twice and that only briefly when entering new chunk.

Running Robinton Cubic Chunks and Balea 256x Textures.

HD 6770

I use a 64x OS, an AMD Athlon x4 640 overclocked to 3.1GHz and 13GB of 1600MHz dedicated RAM to Minecraft.

33-120 FPS Normal Render Distance no Smooth Lighting.

HD 6650

Works very nicely, Lags a little bit when using more than 5 shaders.

HD 6570

Works nicely without Lag if used at resolutions under 1080p.

HD 6530 Works nicly, sometimes lags when in a decent load.
HD 5870 Works fine. Windows 7 x64, 6GB RAM. Needs some optifine adjustments for Shadow Shader to be smooth with nearly no lag.
HD 5850 Very smooth, even in Eyefinity with 128x Texture Pack.

HD 5770

No problems. 40-50 FPS with Balea Texture Pack(***x).

HD 5670

Very slow. 8-12 FPS without Optifine 10-20 with.

HD 5570 Series Very slow. Always around 12 FPS with Optifine.
Sapphire HD 4870 QP

Great FPS 30 - 40, also using GLSL Shaders and Forced 12x AA in CCC :)

HD 4850x2

30 FPS with Crossfire, some Microstutters. (1280x1024)

HD 4850 No noticeable lag, around 46 FPS.
HD 4550 Slow, but works with no errors at all. Tested with XFX 1GB.
HD 4350 Working, but not recommended to be used. Performace isn't good.
HD 3650 Seems to have low FPS (22FPS - 20FPS with lag spikes) with 1GB memory allocated to Minecraft. Works though.
HD 3450

Unbearable.

Sapphire x1650 PRO

With C2D E6600 CPU and Optifine - about 30 FPS (sometimes goes down to 25, but it's nice).

HD 7750

HD 6670

______________

HD 7870

Work  pretty well, but sometimes FPS drops down to 30.

_______________________________________________________________

Lags terra-bad around 5 FPS.

_______________________________________________________________

I heard people got better performance with this mod in earlier versions. In 1.6.4 no optifine I saw 25-35 FPS on the newest SEUS and Sildur's were a little better at 30-40 FPS
